KARNAVATI Group has different manufacturing facilities in the highly industrialized state of Gujarat, which is also the chemical hub of India. Easy availability of raw materials make our manufacturing operations successful.
Our first manufacturing plant of Monochloro Acetic Acid (M.C.A.) and Sodium Monochloro Acetate (S.M.C.A.) is situated in a large chemical compound admeasuring 15000 sq. meters, having different departments such as Inventory, Production Centers, R & D, Q.C. Laboratory, Packaging Division and Finished goods warehouse.
All the divisions are headed by qualified and highly experienced professionals whose dedication and hard work have always been there behind our success.
As our company started spreading its wings across the globe, we felt the need to expand the production capacity of MCA and SMCA, and with that goal, we started our second facility at Changodar which is a semi-automated plant.
With the new plant having commenced operation, we have a combined production capacity of 16,000 MT per annum. Today, we are not only India’s largest manufacturers and exporters of Monochloro Acetic Acid and Sodium Monochloro Acetate, but also, one of the world’s top ten Monochloro Acetic Acid producers.
This is our business unit which produces high quality Pigment Intermediates such as Copper Phthalocyanine Crude (CPC) and Ammonium Molybdinate.
The Organic Pigment Business unit is under the name Karnavati Colour Chem which produces select range of PHTHALOCYANINE PIGMENT BLUES and PHTHALOCYANINE GREENS to serve for Print Inks, Plastics, Paints and various other industries world over.
